Living area invites you to linger together

The house is spread over 3 floors: A few steps lead to the entrance hall, which leads directly into the large room that takes up almost the entire first floor and is used as a living room/kitchen/dining room. The living room has a sofa bed for one person and a large TV with satellite connection.

On the first floor there is also a restroom with washbasin, toilet and washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob with oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee machine and everything you need for cooking and offers you the comfort of your own home.

From here you also have access to our sunny balcony with a picturesque view of the Via lago and the lake.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony in the heart of Marniga, read a book in peace and quiet or start the evening here with an aperitif.
